The Open Book, a publication of the Friends of the Chicopee Public Library is published quarterly.  Members of the Friends of the Chicopee Public Library receive this newsletter as a benefit of their membership.  

The newsletter is published seasonally by the Friends Newsletter Committee, headed by Directors Carolyn Fitzgerald and Mary Rider with Friends Administrative Assistant, Catherine Glennon.
