Please join the Friends for this year's Annual Meeting and Holiday Social. It will be held Wednesday, December 1 at 6:00pm in the Henry J. Bazan Community Room of the Emily Partkya Main Branch Library on Front Street. Please join us for a brief meeting & social gathering with light refreshments provided by the Board of Directors. Each year, the Friends honor a "Friend of the Year" at the Annual Meeting. This award is given to an outstanding supporter of the Friends of the Chicopee Public Library and its mission of Past "Friends of the Year" are Walter Wrzesien (2008) and the Partyka Family (2009). We are grateful to our past "Friends of the Year" for all of their efforts to help the Friends and the Chicopee Public Library over the years. We'll also be voting on members of our Board of Directors at our Annual Meeting and recapping the year in Friends business.
